We don't believe in per-seat pricing.

Most CRM vendors love per-seat pricing. Every new hire is a renegotiation. Every short-term placement is a line item. Every intern requires a conversation with finance.

We think that's unhelpful, so we decided to simply not do it that way.

If you are a start-up, ORCA is a platform that encourages you to grow. Add additional staff in seconds, at no additional cost.

If your team is expanding, or two interns are joining for six months, it shouldn't be an HR costing exercise. Just add them. Well done for employing.

Once a year, we conduct a brief review of your membership. If your organisation has grown substantially, we'll have a conversation about your subscription. That conversation is with humans. And it's a conversation, not a demand.

No lock-in. No licence traps. Any custom work built specifically for your organisation is yours to own and keep. If you ever wanted to leave - though we'd rather you didn't - your data and your code leave with you.

Over your first month with ORCA, we work closely with you to configure the platform to your exact specification. And we continue that process for as long as you're a member.

Custom work is quoted transparently based on scope. Once built, it's yours - fully integrated, maintained alongside the platform, and owned by you. We'll always suggest the most cost-effective approach, including reuse of existing components where possible.

And honest advice - even if it means recommending we don't build something.

The AI features in ORCA use your data to serve you, and only you.

We think of ORCA as a members club. We are selective about who joins.

We would rather work with a small number of like-minded organisations on a genuinely customised platform than manage thousands of accounts on a generic one. It allows us to maintain the kind of one-on-one relationship that makes ORCA what it is, and to ensure the platform continues to earn its keep for every member.
